
Cancellation Policy
All appraisal orders submitted to Firgrove Appraising incur some expense. To maintain timely service for our valued clients, we must process and begin work on each order as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
To cancel an order, the client must contact Firgrove Appraising via email or telephone as soon as possible and receive verifiable approval of cancellation from Firgrove Appraising Please contact us by e-mail or phone.
When pre-payment is received by credit card and the appraisal order is cancelled before inspection of the property, Client may be eligible for a 100% refund.
If inspection has been completed, but the report has not been started, a “trip fee” of $150 shall apply.
If inspection has been completed and the report has been started but not yet completed, Client may be eligible for 50% refund.
If the report has been completed and submitted to Client, no refund will be approved, partial or otherwise, for any reason.
Firgrove Appraising will make sure to review all requests for refunds in a timely manner to insure fairness when it has been deemed proper to return funds collected for our services.
